I’ve been putting off doing a post for ages, but:
-I am doing okay.
-I am still in London.
-I have been doing lots of research and and writing and work on projects that aren’t anywhere near being ready for posts or junk, which feels really good.
-I have also been doing lots of not-research and not-writing and not-work, which also feels really good.
-I found my old choose-your-own-adventure game from a couple years ago! I’d forgotten about this. ‘YOU FORGOT YOUR MUG OF TEA’ was my learning-how-to-use-Twine project in like 2017, and I enjoyed making it so much. I’ve been doing a little more research on game structure and interactive media, and I want to do more things like this. Especially after almost a full year in social distancing, it’s fun to go back to this game I wrote based on my experience moving into my flat when it was all still new to me. I’m still disappointed in the lack of ghosts here, but I’m still in love with the bathtub. You can play it here.
